Lamb with potatoes, onions, peppers and carrots

You need:

  • 1 kg / 2.2 pounds of lamb
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 chilli peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 390 grams / 13.7 oz chopped tomatoes

Here’s what you do:

You start by cooking the lamb for 40 minutes.
Then start by cutting the potatoes into thick slices, divide the onions into 4 parts, divide the carrots into 3, and divide the paprika into larger portions. Add everything in a mold, add some water, salt, black pepper, food spice mix (I use vegeta), parsley seasoning. And finally add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Finally, put the meat over the potato mixes, add spices over the meat as well. I also add a few parsley leaves over. Take aluminum foil and cover the oven mold. Bake at 220 ° C / 428 ° F for 30 minutes, take out the mold and remove the foil, and place the oven mold in the oven for 10 minutes until you remove it and allow it to rest a little before serving.
