Short, long, wide, screws, pipes, stars, loops. Yes! pasta comes in all kinds of shapes and forms. Pasta dinners are quick to make and therefore pasta dishes are a part of what we eat most often for dinner here at home. Especially when we have little time and need something good and easy for dinner, pasta is something we love to make.
Pasta fits most flavors and can therefore be served with meat, chicken, fish or as a vegetarian dish.
In this dish here I spent about 20/30 minutes.
- 200 grams / 7.0 oz mushroom
- 1 whole onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 250 grams / 8.8 oz broccoli
- 8 slices of dried beef
- 2.3 deciliters / 1 cup cream
- 150 grams / 5.2 oz cracked cheese.
- 300 grams / 10.5 oz pasta (I used Gigli Toscani Pasta)
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
This is what you do:
Start with pasta, take a kettle to boil the water, then add the pasta and a tablespoon of salt, and cook in medium heat.
Then you have to cut the mushroom, onion and paprika in medium portions, take a frying pan, add butter and leave the mushroom, onion and paprika to brown gently in medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of salt and black pepper. Then add the broccoli, mix well. Then take 8 slices of dried beef, divide in half, then add it to the frying pan. Fry well for a few minutes before adding the cream and then add the grated cheese, then simmer the sauce in medium to low heat until the sauce is thick.
Around the same time, the pasta should be cooked, remove the water from the pasta and then add the pasta over the sauce. Mix the sauce and pasta well together.
