Rice is something most people love and use often. It is easy to make and you can use it with a lot of different meats and vegetables.
I love using rice in my cooking, especially when I don’t want to spend too much time at dinner.
I spend about 30 minutes on this dinner here.
- 2 cups of rice
- 4 cups of water
- 1 half tablespoon of salt
- 400 grams / 14.1 oz beef
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon of vegeta powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder
- black pepper
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- 1 whole red pepper
- 2 carrots
- 5 asparagus
This is how you do it:
Start by boiling the water, then add rice and salt. And simmer while you spend your time on the meat.
Take 400 grams / 14.1 oz beef, add cooking oil, vegeta powder, paprika powder and black pepper and mix together. Then add the meat in a pan, add a little cooking oil in the pan, cook the meat for a few minutes before adding the cerry tomatoes, then cut the carrots into slightly larger portions and split the asparagus in half. Add it with the meat and fry in medium heat.
Add more water along the way to get a thick sauce. Towards the end, set the heat to high, stirring meat regularly.
