Spaghetti is a type of pasta that is shaped like long, thin, round strips or medium thickness threads (1.8-2.4 mm). Spaghetti is made from water, possibly egg, and durum wheat, but other types of flour are also used. The word spaghetti is Italian and has been used in a large number of other languages as this dish has become widespread internationally.
Spaghetti and meat sauce is a well-known dinner. A classic winner in a hectic everyday life, also among the children in the family.

2 garlic cloves
1 whole onion
400 grams of minced meat
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cans of canned tomatoes about 400 grams
½ teaspoon salt
500 grams of spaghetti
This is how you do it:
Peel and chop the garlic, carrot and onion.
Fry the minced meat in olive oil on medium heat until it is cooked, for 5-8 minutes. Add the meat mixture to a pot and add canned tomatoes.
Boil plenty of lightly salted water and cook spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Be sure to calculate the correct time so that the pasta sauce finishes at about the same time as the spaghetti.
In the used frying pan, heat up the oil and fry the carrot, onions and garlic on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Put it in the pan with the meat mixture and the canned tomatoes. Boil and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
When you mix the spaghetti and pasta sauce together, I take a round oven mold and place the spaghetti in it and put it in the oven for 5 minutes.
When I take the oven mold out I put meatballs over. I also tend to cut, red pepper and spring onions over the dish.
You decide whether you want it in the oven or if you want to serve it, once the pasta sauce is finished.
