Brownies are a great favorite here in the house, the kids just love it and it’s easy to make. You can make it on a Friday or when you have friends visiting or when you just need to make something fast. You can also make it if you are visiting someone or for school activities or school closing.
- 4 eggs
- 450 gram/ 15.8 oz sugar
- 300 gram/ 10.5 oz butter
- 200 gram/ 7.0 oz of dark chocolate
- 15 deciliter/ 6.3 cup of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
This is how you do it:
Place the stove at 165 ° C / 329 ° Fahrenheit
Whip the eggs and sugar for egg dose. Melt the butter and remove the pan from the plate, stir in the chocolate until it is melted. Aim together wheat flour and vanilla sugar. Gently stir the chocolate mixture into the egg box. Then add the compound wheat flour and vanilla sugar.
Pour the batter into a small baking mold and put it in the oven for approx 25-30 minutes.
The cake should move slightly in the middle when it is finished.
Cool the cake and cut into pieces.
Tips: I love having chocolate pieces in the brownie batter. (preferably dark chocolate).
