Berlin buns with chocolate are just lovely to eat especially if you love chocolate, you will love these. You will spend some time baking these, so you should have plenty of time to bake so that they are decent and good.
I use about 1 hour on this bakery.
Dough: 200 gram butter 8 deciliter of milk 75 gram of yeast 2 eggs 4 deciliter sugar 2 teaspoons bakingpowder 2 tsp salt 1.2 kg of wheat flour

How you do it:
Melt the butter in a small pot. Add milk and warm the mixture to 37 degrees. Dissolve the yeast in the liquid and whisk in the eggs. Mix all the dry in a baking bowl and add the liquid. Knead the dough well in a kitchen machine. Then sprinkle some flour over the dough, cover it with plastic film and let it rise to double size. Combine and roll out the dough until it is approx. 2 cm on a good flour baking surface. Press out large-sized circles with a protrusion or glass.
Raise the bun for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil to 165 degrees. Carefully take the balls up and place them in the hot oil. Fry them golden and turn them along. Roll the freshly made balls into sugar. Fill the nutella in a syringe bag and fill the ready-made balls then they are ready for serving.
