Horn with feta cheese is something I remember my mother used to make us when we were young, it’s just so incredibly good and I’m glad I can now make it to my kids, with my mother’s recipe.
I spend about 1 hour on this bakery.

This how you do it:
Melt butter, keep in liquid and warm to 37 ° C. Stir the liquid well into the flour mixture. Let the dough rise for 1 hour, turn down the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
If you bake by hand without a kitchen machine, it may be good to hold something of the flour.
Divide the dough into three. Roll out round pizza doughs. Divide them into six triangles. Put on the feta cheese and roll each triangle along with the widest part first.
Place the horns on a baking tray with baking paper. Leave them for about 20 minutes.
Brush with whipped egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let them roast at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool on grill.
