Is it something I never get tired of is American pancakes. It’s so delicious, you have everything in this dish here both chocolate and berries, and it’s just pure heavenly.
125 gram butter
6¼ deciliter milk
7 ½ deciliter flour
5 tsp Baking powder
1 ¼ ts of salt
2 ½ tablespoons sugar
Here’s how we do it:
Melt butter and add milk. Then you whisk in the egg.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Pour in the liquid while stirring smoothly.
Let the pancake stand and swell for approx. 15 minutes. This is important for the batter to get the right consistency.
Roast pancakes, approx. 15 cm in diameter (about 1.5 – 2 tablespoons stir per pancake). After the batter has swelled up and become a bit “bubbly” you can turn them with a spade.
Place the finished pancakes on top of each other on a dish or plate. It just tastes quite uneasy with melted nutella and berries, I tend to prefer:
Strawberries (share them in the middle)
banana (divide it into slices)
I prefer to have a panake with nutella and berries over, then I put another panecake over and put nutella and berries over again.
