Homemade pizza with minced meat

Its finally Saturday, I didn’t have to get up at 6am in the morning. After sleeping a little longer today, the day started with a cup of coffee before I started making homemade bread for breakfast. After having had friends and family visiting, it was time for dinner, and since it’s weekend I made something simple and easy today without spending too much time in the kitchen.

Today we had pizza for dinner, it is a very simple solution, among other things for days you dont have to much time or like me today who didn’t want to spend to much time with dinner.

I uses just over 60min on this dish.

You need:
Pizza Dough:
3 deciliter of lukewarm water
50 gram of fresh yeast
2 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon salt
about. 7 deciliter wheat flour

Fill
400 gram minced meat
2 tablespoons oil
1 chopped onion
2 spring onions
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon fresh basil

Topping:
300 gram grated white cheese
1 piece red pepper, in cubes
2 tablespoons fresh oregano

This is how you do it:

Stir in yeast in lukewarm water. Add oil, salt and flour. Knead the dough well and let it rise to double size.
Brown minced meat in oil on strong heat for two occasions. Put the meat dough back in the frying pan.
Add chopped onions, garlic, tomato paste, canned tomatoes and water. Let the sauce simmer for approx. 10 minutes until it thickens. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
Roll out the dough. Put it on a baking paper cloth pan and distribute the meat sauce over the dough. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bell pepper.
Fry the pizza in the middle of oven at 225 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
Server topped with oregano and preferably a fresh salad with a good dressing as an accessory for the pizza.

The weather was amazing today so we eat dinner outside☀️
